Professional layouts & personalized messages
Put your best foot forward with sophisticated newsletter design. Send email in plain text or graphic (html) formats and link content in your newsletter to any number of pages in your website. Select data such as first names from the subscriber database for dynamic insertion into your message. Preview all mail before it is sent.
Dynamic content
One of the most effective ways to ensure that your subscribers are engaged by your email is by providing content that is relevant and timely. Thindata EMS™ empowers you to create dynamic content and rules that determine how/what content is used for unique recipients and/or groups of recipients. You can also create if-then conditions without requiring any programming knowledge. And, these conditions can be based on profile data, system data, etc. Finally, you can draw upon these rules for future broadcasts by storing and using them as a reference.
Sign-up, support and build profiles
Customer acquisition, retention and profiling are key goals of any email marketing campaign. We make achieving them that much easier. Thindata EMS™ processes have been automated to minimize your time commitment, and those that require control are simple to use.

Contact History
Thindata EMS will show the complete contact history for any given email address in the system. Events such as any messages sent, any replies received, any emails opened, any subscriptions or unsubscriptions will be shown. This is particularly useful for PIPEDA and CAN-SPAM Act compliance.
Modify Records Based on Search Results
You can subscribe or unsubscribe, enable or disable, or delete users shown in the search results for any database with an email address. This feature also allows you to enable any accounts that may have been disabled as part of the subscribe operation.
Keep Records Updated
Your recipients will periodically update or change their email addresses. With the Thindata EMS you can easily update email addresses while maintaining the history associated with previously used email addresses.
Validation and Preview
To ensure that your broadcasts meet your needs, you can conduct a validation check –which identifies any concerns detected within the email (e.g. broken links) prior to broadcasting.
At the same time, you can easily preview your emails prior to deployment based on a set of conditions that you define. Then you can save those conditions as a pre-defined set and use them whenever you want.
Repurposing
To save you time and effort, you can create a copy of any existing broadcast and/or campaign (i.e. series of broadcast messages) and re-use these as needed.
Define Broadcast Recurrence
To optimize the timing of your campaigns, you can define the recurrence of your broadcasts (e.g. broadcast repeats every “x” intervals).
Campaign Grouping
Broadcasts can be grouped into campaigns allowing for more extensive reporting capabilities.
Campaign and Broadcast Tracking Codes
Tracking codes can be added to campaigns and/or broadcasts to facilitate synchronizing EMS data with internal client systems. Tracking codes are included in all reports and exports thus allowing the client to link EMS statistics data with CRM systems or other internal data warehousing systems.
Expanded Broadcast Testing Facilities
Broadcasts can now be tested by sending a single broadcast to the current user, send a broadcast to the people subscribed to the list who are designated testers or by using sample groups whereby a selectable number of samples from the entire recipient list can be sent to a specified set of email addresses, thus allowing the broadcaster to preview what several recipients would receive should the broadcast actually be sent.
Spam Checker
Our 939 step process makes sure that your email marketing messages will make it through the world's leading spam filters before sending to recipients.
Broadcast Splits
Broadcasts can now be split into several sub broadcasts whereby a smaller subset of the recipients can be sent various versions of the broadcast (different subject lines, content, etc), and then by reviewing the statistics for the sub broadcasts the remainder of the recipient list can be sent the version of the broadcast that produced the most successful results.
