Reports to: Director, Delivery and ISP Relations

Responsibilities:

Email Deliverability and Privacy Consulting

Responsible for monitoring and escalating based on the company�s privacy and anti-spam policies and procedures
Ensure clients follow our sending guidelines and thresholds
Work with clients to monitor reputation and reporting
Monitor email campaigns and immediately resolve email deliverability failures, either directly or through escalation contacts at ISP's
Managing relationships with ISPs including white listing and feedback loop programs
Analyzing, evaluating, and optimizing e-mail list performance
Streamlining current deliverability practices
Knowledge of Privacy practices and application of legislation

Best Practice Development of Email Deliverability and Privacy Policy

Monitor client and ensure compliance with policies for subscriber acquisition, list hygiene, and creative design to maximize email deliverability
Develop relationships with key contacts at major ISPs, and SPAM officers to ensure resolutions of email deliverability issues for customers can be managed quickly
Maintain and communicate the company�s global privacy policy
Work with tools that can assist in monitoring client sending activity and delivery

Qualifications:

2-5 years experience in email marketing, with a focus on deliverability and email
An understanding of email messaging and spam filtering technologies
Knowledge of DNS, SMTP, Unix, Microsoft SQL and HTML
Excellent client management and client services skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of phone and email etiquette
Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation and initiative
Extremely high energy and stamina to perform consistently and at a high level in a very demanding environment
Post secondary education is required
University/College degree in computer science or engineering is preferred
