What You Are Passionate About Doing

  • Writing, coordinating and maintaining firm-generated content and articles, opportunities for seminars, newsletters, trade publications etc.
  • Writing, coordinating and maintaining media resources and materials including key messages, backgrounders, fact sheets, media kits, editorial calendars, media lists and branding guidelines
  • Maintaining marketing files
  • Maintaining the marketing communications calendar
  • Assisting in coordinating marketing special events & trade shows

What You Will Bring to the ThinData Marketing Team

  • Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Very strong coordination skills
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong MS Office suite skills
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking skills
  • Attention to detail

Experience and Education

  • 2-3 years experience in a marketing communications or marketing role
  • Writing and coordinating online/offline marketing materials
  • Trade show coordination
  • Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
