Senior Account Manager – Platinum ServicesThinData is seeking a very personable experienced Senior Account Manager to work with top-tier clients specifically within the Platinum Services group under the direction of the Vice President of Account Management. As a ThinData Senior Account Manager Platinum Services, you will lead complex eMarketing projects with organized efficiency. You will develop and deepen your client relationships by maintaining open lines of communication. Working closely with an Account Director and the Director of Strategic Services you will identify and close new business opportunities. You will foster trust and loyalty because you are pro-active, open and accountable to your clients. You will be responsible for client satisfaction, service delivery and project documentation. Also, will routinely identify and migrate to the Standard Services Group any clients who are not maintaining the committed revenues to keep them within this Platinum Service group.
Responsibilities
- Build relationship (deeper and wider strategy) for Platinum Services clients
- Drive the Client's Email strategy and lead to flawless execution
- Proactively grow and develop the business in new areas, and recognize and pursue program-building opportunities
- Develop, present and review annual plans, campaign or curriculum recommendations as required
- Capabilities Demonstration
- Product Knowledge (Email, Collocation, Hosting, Web)
- Best practices, Research, Keeping up on Industry standards and trends

- Create business plans and actionable targets
- Achieve high client satisfaction levels by building/maintaining a strong client rapport as well as continually providing added value

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years in email marketing experience
- Minimum 5+ years working in technology environment
- Proven ability to grow existing book of business
- Demonstrated experience in building relationships with senior client contact, and the ability to navigate up the corporate communication paths
- Track record of leading contractual and renewal activities with senior level contacts
- Demonstrated ability to close business with annual revenues in excess of $100K
- Experienced in presenting company capabilities presentations
- Understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and technology
- Ability to create marketing briefs, creative briefs, technical requirement documents and the experience to communicate those documents affectively to internal colleagues and clients
- Experience working with developers, project managers and support departments
- Proficient communication skills, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated ability to create and present quarterly and annual reviews to both clients and internal executives
- Experience in forecasting business
- Experience in creating business plans
- Experience in approving invoice and quotes
- Knowledgeable in data and analytics
- Communications or marketing degree
- Extremely detailed and organized.
- Strong project leadership and presentation skills
